Using the Online Booking Tool

Here, you’ll find out how you can log into the myCWT online booking tool and edit your profile information. To do so, go always to www.dienstreisen.unibe.ch

Please note: If you are unable to log in using your campus account username (the UPN), please open the homepage of the online booking tool in your browser’s private or incognito mode.

Please make sure pop-ups are allowed in your browser settings.

If you want to let other people make your travel arrangements, you can add these people as “Travel Arrangers” in the online booking tool. Travel arrangers can book trips registered under your name. Prerequisite: All individuals involved need a myCWT profile.

Simple bookings can be taken care of in just a few clicks.

If you’ve been added by somebody as a travel arranger, you will be able to select that person in the Booking Summary. The tickets will then be issued under the name of the corresponding traveler.

The online booking tool myCWT is available as an app for mobile devices. You can find more information here. Note: Registration for the app works with your business email address and not with the campus account username.
